Visit by General Councilor to Bethany School Bajpe

Sr Mariette BS, General Councilor and Delegate of the Superior General and Sr Violet BS, Procurator General visited Bethany School Bajpe on 11 November 2025 at 9.30 am with great respect and reverence. They were ceremoniously escorted to the venue by the band team of Holy Family High School.

Upon arrival, the guests were greeted with a traditional welcome. Sr Flavia extended a warm welcome with a shawl, while the students of Little Flower Higher Primary School performed the aarti. The Headmistresses of all the three institutions—Sr Jessy Prema Holy Family High School, Mrs Delcy, Little Flower Higher Primary School, and Sr Veena Dsouza, Bethany English Medium School—were present for the occasion.

The event commenced with a soulful prayer song presented by the students of Holy Family High School. A formal welcome was offered by Mrs Delcy Dsouza, who also presented flower pots to the dignitaries on stage as a mark of respect.

The students of Bethany English Medium School presented a meaningful skit depicting the life story of St Thérèse of Lisieux (Little Flower), which was appreciated by the gathering.

Before the Presidential Address, Sr Mariette honored two outstanding achievers of Bethany English Medium School: Aniketh, who secured 3rd place in the State-level U-14 Karate Championship, and Sudarshan, who won the Gold Medal in the Wushu Championship.

During her Presidential Speech, Sr Mariette interacted with the students and emphasized the importance of core values in education. Students from all three schools were present and benefitted from the inspiring session.

The programme was smoothly conducted by Mrs Pavithra as the Master of Ceremony. The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Mrs Pavithra.
